What if my pet’s food is out of stock?

Do you carry raw, freeze-dried, or fresh pet food?

Yes. We carry a variety of natural, frozen raw, freeze-dried, and other high-quality food options for pets. Stop in and we’ll help you find the right fit. Unfortunately, we do not carry fresh raw foods.

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, purchase date, and manufacturer policy. Please bring the item, any remaining product, and proof of purchase so we can help.

Can I return opened pet food?

In many cases, opened dry food may be eligible for return if it was purchased within the required timeframe and you bring back the remaining food in the original bag. We may ask you to complete a return form with details about why the food is being returned.
